I recently went to Jaycar to solve an issue with my Daughters science project. Was helped firstly by Ken, then passed to Jacob. I cannot express completely how good both these guys were, they were simply awesome. Gave us a lot of their time and expertise to solve our issue, all the time with a super friendly attitude. These guys wonderful ambassadors for your brand, I would now shop no where else for products you supply and would give my highest recommendation to others to do the same.

Always great customer service no matter how big or small the request. An excellent example provided by Kenn just the other day. Simple click and collect order, ready to go when I walked in. Needed something else and Kenn knew exactly what i was talking about, retrieved the item, followed by friendly conversation. The store has been reorganised and stocks just about anything I've needed for any of my projects. Opening hours are great, wheelchair accessible. Enough parking available. Staff are knowledgeable and always willing to help name sense of different options. Good mix of odd bits and pieces, gift ideas and of course all things electronics. Will continue to shop here - love it.

I bought a brass monkey 50L fridge/freezer last November. Last weekend the digital display blacked out so I could not regulate the temperature. I called the store and was told no worries bring it back they may need to keep it for a week to fix it. I took it there and was told no worries will fix it now. 5 minutes later digital display all fixed no charge no hassles. Great staff great service. Dealt with 3 staff and all of them couldn't do enough for me. Highly recommend this place

The team working at Jaycar are some of the most friendly and knowledgeable people I've had the pleasure of buying from. I recently bought a soldering iron on sale, and the staff shared their experiences with the device that made my purchase that much more trustworthy. I will definitely be going here for all of my electronic needs from now on.

I am wanting to say thankyou to Ian and Matt and the other gentleman working at Jaycar today Sunday. They were so customer focused and had good old fashion service that their attitude to their job was appreciated.Even when busy they made sure everyone in the shop was acknowledged and not ignored which makes the customer feel very valued.(a rarity these days in most shops)They helped my son and I with a problem that we had run Into with a product we had bought, it was no issue for them to take the time to work out the issue and to get it up and running and show us how to avoid it happening again. Thanks Ian. From Mitchell and Sam. We Will be back

Highly recommend shopping here; one of my favourite stores. There’s always staff on the floor ready to help you, and they’re all very knowledgeable. There has always been at least one salesperson there that could help me figure out what I needed to buy to complete my project, and they could actually walk me through the steps on how to properly reach my goal. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The store has always been clean and tidy. They have almost always had whatever electrical product/component I was looking for. Items are reasonably priced. Plus, they have a membership program that allows you to earn $10 credits after spending $___. 10/10 - will always come here to get my electronic goods, technology needs, and helpful advice.
